Items that can upgrade Compartments without Pickup

I'd love an item that I could craft that would upgrade Compartments when used on them.

There are other mods, like Enhanced Inventories/Storage Drawers/JABBA/etc. that have this option. I've found it really useful to be able to upgrade their storage, without having to empty and find other spaces for the items within while I upgrade.
