Electrical Stimulator not accepting power

In short, the Electrical Stimulator block does not accept any power input, whether from direct connection or from the Alveary Transmission. This is true even when a circuit board is inside it and it is installed in a functioning alveary. The fluxducts I'm using don't even register it as a block that can receive RF - no nodes are created when I surround the Electrical Stimulator with flux ducts.
