Genepool Wont Accept Ethanol From Any Side

Playing ftb infinity evolved expert mode version 3.1.0, currently i have tried everyside and fluid pipe i can try and cant not get ethanol into the genepool. Im using forestry ethanol made only using forestry machines.

I have the problem on both binnies mod 2.0-pre14 and 13
