Wrong crafting recipe output.

It has come to my attention that few items from your mod (recipes to be exact) are using am ore dictionary entry as an output. I found 4 so far, all of those are part of ExtraBees: Diamond Fragments => Diamond; Emerald Fragments => Emerald; Ruby Fragments => Ruby and Sapphire Fragments => Sapphires.

I am not a modder, but from what i understand it is not the correct way, since it has a chance to break few other mods and their recipes, and interaction.

For example in my modpack I am unable to craft Focus of Excavation from Thaumcraft, because the Emerald in that recipe is using "yours" Emerald output.

And yes, I came accross this problem thanks to GregTech "annoying" message in the log and the Focus of Excavation not being craftable.

Thanks for considering to fix this, and not turning other players just because they play GregTech.
