Incubator dont stop if full

If the output liquid or solid is full, the Incubator dont stop and will waste all inputs and lots of energy for nothing. If this is not a bug but intended, this is a freature request.

I also reported this about two months ago, and I'd really like to see it fixed as well. Having AE never stop autocrafting all those resources is not a good time.
