No config option to change the IDs of the extra bees frames.

I have machines.conf and main.conf, there seems to be no ID settings for the frames added by extra bees. When I do an NEI item dump, they are located at ID 8816-8820.

I've tested this with new configs for 1.9.3-1.9.5
