Acclimatiser power handling broken

Tested with Engines from Forestry, Buildcraft and Thermal expansion. The only engine that works properly with a direct connection (without conductive pipes) is the magmatic engine from Thermal Expansion.

For example; power the acclimatiser with a biogas engine using biomass and you will notice that the acclimatiser's internal power increases by about 3MJ per second. Put a redstone energy cell in front and throttle the output to 1MJ and you will see that it fills up faster than the direct connection even though direct connect should be 5MJ per tick.

With the exception of TE's magmatic engine the acclimatiser fills at a max of 3MJ per second when used with any engine directly. Using conductive pipes, energy conduits or a redstone energy cell as a buffer is a work around.

tl;dr 3MJ per second max instead of 3MJ per tick max.
