NPE crash

I have a server setup with 1.4.9.17 (fresh world)... History: After a couple of days, the indexer had been acting really funny, and we lost a bunch of bees, and some bees wouldn't pump out of chests after being taken from the indexer, etc...

So, we figured, fine, the indexer is a little buggy, we'll just stop using the indexer for now.

But last night, we tried using the Inocullator for the first time. The first bee worked fine, but the second bee has us in a forever NPE crash loop.

I've since tried to upgrade to 1.4.9.30 / 31, but the problem persists. I'm guessing one of those corrupt bees from the indexer is now in the inocullator, and is causing the crash. Not sure how to fix / restore the world other than removing extra bees completely.
