Extraction from Indexer causing NPE

Liath-Sakata created an issue

Indexer had LP connected, with MK3 extractor module. Once initial crash happened, it ate roughly 9k of bees before the server went supernova. MK2 extractor did not have this issue.

For reference: MK2 extractor extracts @ 1 extraction 6/t MK3 extractor extracts @ 1 stack 1/t

(note from AartBluestroke: could be extractor mk3 pulls stacks, and bees are not stacked)
