Indexer creating extra bees from stack of bees

Indexer is spitting out extra bees if stack of bees is inputted via pipe. Test setup was analyzer connected to indexer with wooden pipe, powered by redstone engine. If the analyzer outputs to pipe stack of 50 bees, indexer takes 50 bees in and spills out additional 49 bees.
