Minecraft crash when middle clicking in Indexer

I have an Indexer with many different types of bees. 41 bees with some of the drones stacking (some up to 20 drones in a stack). I also have a shortcut for middle click from Inventory Tweaks that auto sorts the inventory. Middle clicking while the Indexer GUI is open crashes Minecraft. It does sort the bees just before crashing, however. This bug is semi-reproducible and happens SOME times, at least in my world. Error is java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 68, Size: 68
