Watery Bees polination

Hey, I know that not a lot of people out their use lily pads for really anything, but I would love it if watery bees would cause lily pads spread across open water like regular flowers spread across grass. Not sure how difficult it would be programming wise, but feel like it would fit. It personally bothers me that there isn't any mods that I know off the top of my head that allows players to obtain lily pads outside of collecting them from swamps.
