Soul frames extremely/excessively buffed

Three soul frames in an apiary guarantees full mutation into a full example of the targeted species for both the princess and all drones. It is functionally equivalent to a netherstar burning mutator.

Furthermore, it's enough of a mutation bonus that the princess and drones turn "spawner" and eventually die out.

As I don't believe you intended this change, I'm reporting it as a bug.
