No such item after updating 13 to 14b

I had all extra bees machines and a lot of genes stored in a chest, all on a server. after updating EVERYTHING was deleted from the world and if i try to get the things back from NEI it says "no such item" there are no errors in the console
in singleplayer i can cheat in the machines but if i right click them it shows me the GUI of the uncrafting table from twilight forest.. i have no idea whats going wrong.

The configs didn't work in either pre 13 or 14, they work as of pre 15
