Ruby comb centrifuges to shards that have no recipes

Centrifuging ruby combs now produces ruby shards which have no recipes at all, used to produce tiny pile of ruby dust.

Didn't check but I'm guessing same goes for other gems.

Also metals combs produce something new as well but there was recipe to make those into dust piles.

Why not use tiny dust piles for everything?

Version is the 1.6 pre14b

I believe he used these new items to make it independant from gregtech's tiny dust products and so that things such as diamonds can have items to be crafted from, as things such as diamond dust cannot be crafted into diamonds, from what i know.
