[Request] Inocculator modification

I am requesting a slight change to the inocculator in that if a queued bee goes to be injected with a serum, but cannot because the bee already has that trait (both active and inactive if appliable), it moves the bee directly to the output rather than keeping the bee in the process slot holding up the rest of the queue.

This would allow for a complete automated process to inject various bees with a specific line of serums without having to oversee it constantly for any bees that may already have one or more of the intended traits already locked in.
