[Bug] Liquid DNA import recipes does not exist

It seems like it is not possible to import liquid dna into magic capsules through any of the standard liquid transfer machines (such as a liquid transposer from Thermal Expansion).

According to NEI the only registered method is through a squeezer, which is a bit redundant since the only way to get the dna into a squeezer is by having it extract the dna from an already filled capsule first.
