Embittered bees very rare with additional Nether biomes

Mod version: Binnie mods 1.7.0b

Additional biomes added by Biomes o Plenty make the base "Nether" biome much rarer, greatly decreasing chances to find nether hives.

Perhaps, instead of comparing biome id to the Nether biome id, it would be better to use the biome dictionary and spawn in any nether-type biome? (like Magic Bees does).
