Automating Frame Housing causes item to disappear

Just updated to 1.7.1 and my automated frame system ate through all my frames rather quickly. It was working fine prior to updating. Pushing frames in with AE's Export Bus and regular BC pipes cause them to disappear. Placing a frame manually into the housing works fine.

Item doesn't have to be a frame either. I piped in some steak with a plain ol' stone transport pipe, and it seems to be gone forever.

I'm using Forestry 2.2.8.4, and Buildcraft 3.7.2.
