wooden pipe extracts serum before adding aug. gate and it's conditional.

The machine that fills the serums (can't recall the name sorry T_T [before purifying it]) when I placed a wooden transport pipe down, it immediately extracted the serum before I could place an aug. gate and set its conditional on full serum single energy pulse. After I do set up the aug. gate it still pulls out the serum before it is even processed. this is with version 1.7.3b. I didn't see any errors in the log, but if you would still like a copy I can provide one for you.

Is it just that one pipe in that one position, or does it happen elsewhere?

I have found that top and south facing sides extract right away. All others seem to function normally. Here is a video: http://youtu.be/hy7k5yLWzRA Let me know what else you may need.

the tesseract or perhaps the energy conduits are supplying MJ to the wooden pipe which is the same as a redstone engine on the pipe. So this is not a bug.

I think Mavoc's explanation sounds the most likely, as I am unable to reproduce this. Looks like you need to change your setup :)

I only started up, grabbed a wooden transport pipe placed it on top of the Synthesizer and it pulled the serum out before any power or energy pulse could be provided. The autarchic gate was not placed yet to set the conditional to be when serum is full, single energy pulse. I'm unsure what else I can provide, but please ask me. I can even do a recording for you if you would like.
