Acclimatizer doesn't detect Thermal Expansion conduits

Simple as that, it won't detect TE conduits as a valid energy source. All other machines work fine.

Not sure if this is an issue for Binnie or Thermal Expansion. I'm pretty sure Sengir didn't do anything to forestry to accept his machines. My advice would be to ask the Thermal Expansion fella
