Apiarist Database/Databank/Api Chest/Beealyzer wierdness

First, all the extra bees do not have mutations showing up in the Apiarist Chest or in the Beealyzer. Second, they're not showing up in the Database/Databank until after putting the bee in the apiarist chest. Third, some mutations do not show the discovered bee.

The first two should be fixed in 1.4.1.15, and any that say discovered bee mean that you have actually discovered that species, just not the mutation
