I have tried every version of railcraft compatible with minecraft 1.4.5, and also almost every dev build of extrabees. I don't know which mod is causing problem, so i've open bugs here and also in railcraft bugtracker.

Try deleting the railcraft API from the EB folder

delete the railcraft signal folder. I haven't heard about signal bees coming out anytime soon :P
