Indexer - Bees retrieved from Indexer behaving derpy

The bees that were being stored in Indexer machine do behave wrongly for me. Examples: - Dropping the bees causes them to disappear altogether - Analyzing these bees in Analyzer causes to 'clog' the Analyzer -- it says the machine inventory is full, although there is ONE drone in the output slot. However, no matter how many times you pull it out, it still reappears there. You need to break the machine to clean it.
