Cost of Blank wooden tiles

When creating a 'Blank wooden tile' it uses up one of each wood place into the woodworker. The same occurs with the 'Blank wooden panel'.

As these blocks only display a single wood's colour, should they not only require materials from a single type of wood? Either as a 2 for one or a 1 for 1.
