Bees Flowers and TPS

Hey Binnie, I'd like to draw attention to a particular problem we're having on the Redwood Server regarding bees. We've been getting a large amount of tps problems on the server and have ran a profiler, it turns out that it's the apiaries checking the flowers (and we have a lot of bees on our server) Is there any way of making a serum that requires no flowers at all? Of course it would be an admin item because there would be no way to find it as no bees have it, another thing would be to create a serum for a territory range decrease, so that it doesn't check far away from the apiary. We're pretty mad on our bees over here but it's beginning to get a bit of a problem. If you need any more info or a chat you know where I am :)
