Crash on arboriculture creative tab without EBXL

Scrolling down the creative arboriculture tab causes minecraft to crash unless EBXL is installed with "Error while rendering: 1xtile.fence@192" (taked from attached crash report). Possibly caused by redwood fence as it is fence with meta 192? Causes interesting graphical glitches with NEI too (see first image: http://imgur.com/a/RX9ou)

    Made no difference. Didn't expect it to as I'd initially downloaded after Binnie had tweeted about redownloading to fix a crash on startup without EBXL but I tried anyway
