Screening Predictive Makers of Weight Loss

Computational Tools: R, Rstudio, Rmarkdown, Shiny and Inkscape.

The goal of this project is to identify a set of potential predictors of weight loss based on a set of 10 patients with an extensive database of different markers from metabolomics, microbiome, arrays, RT-PCR, RNA-Seq and clinical/demographic data.
