recognize continued commands in shell sessions

Issue #1237 resolved
Jorge Israel Peña created an issue

In the shell session lexer, currently if a command is continued by ending with a \, the next line isn't considered to be part of a command. Instead it's considered to be command output.

For example, the third line here won't be given the same highlight class as the rest:

$ cd ..
$ /usr/bin/xsltproc \
    --stringparam base.dir docs/users_guide/users_guide/

    I think this is actually handled by > but it ends up preventing the commands from being copy-paste-able. I wonder if there's a way around that.
