TypoScriptLexer priority causes empty TypeScript files to be incorrectly detected

Issue #1333 new

TypoScriptLexer.priority is set to 0.1, but TypeScriptLexer.priority is set to default 0. Since both lexers share the same file ending (.ts) they conflict and TypoScriptLexer's priority causes it to win.

In my opinion, TypeScript should have a higher priority than TypoScript because it's more common.
