Enhance Handlebars Lexer - Proposed Update Attached

The Handlebars lexer needs a bit more robustness as I am getting errors for files that are Handlebars compliant. Attached is a new templates.py file that changes a few lines in the Handlebars lexer as well as my test files. (I tried to push a new branch to the repo, got authentication failure.)
