Coloring of single variables vs variables in numeric expressions

Issue #1460 new

The coloring of the following two expressions is different:

\mintinline{haskell}{n*2}

\mintinline{haskell}{2*n}

For similar reasons, the following n is colorized even though it is not in 2*n:

\mintinline{haskell}{n}

See the following image:

In general, is there anything that can be done to make coloring for single-variable and numeric expressions with variables consistent?
