Add support for Riverbed TrafficScript lexing.

Bitbucket cannot automatically merge this request due to conflicts.

I've written a lexer for TrafficScript to help direct and downstream consumers of pygments. TrafficScript is the network-side-scripting language used by Riverbed's Application Delivery Controller line of products (see the official website for details). I figured it would be best to create a new file, but I can merge it into one of the existing ones if that is preferable.
