sphinx.ext.inheritance_diagram doesn't render description text when generating tooltips

Anonymous avatarAnonymous created an issue

Given code like this:

.. inheritance-diagram::
    :parts: 1

class Cheese:
    """And crackers!"""

class Bannana:
    """This is definetly not something you want to eat with :py:class:`cheese`."""

The tooltip generated for Banana contain's the literal text of the doc string, rather than the rendered text. So it will show the :py:class:cheese text, which is not really readable.
