Add rst2pdf writer

Allow direct PDF generation via rst2pdf <http://rst2pdf.googlecode.com> and reportlab.

    I have managed to create a broken rst2pdf writer.

    Here's the builder:

    It's an unholy mix of textbuilder and latexbuilder ;-) Add it in builder.py

    Then you need to register it at the end of builder.py and add a pdf_documents option in sphinx/config.py with the same meaning and syntax as latex_documents.

    I think that's all I touched to make this "work"

    Hello, are you aware of this:

    plasTeX is a LaTeX document processing framework written entirely in Python. It currently comes bundled with an XHTML renderer (including multiple themes), as well as a way to simply dump the document to a generic form of XML. Other renderers can be added as well and are planned for future releases.
