pdfTeX warnings about non-existing reference names

Hans Terlouw avatarHans Terlouw created an issue

When creating pdf output, pdfTeX now issues warning messages like the following:

! pdfTeX warning (dest): name{maputils.FITSimage.set_spectrans} has been referenced but does not exist, replaced by a fixed one

Consequently, in the resulting pdf, these references don't work.

This started with Sphinx 0.6.4. Earlier versions (0.6.2 and 0.6.3) do not have this problem.
