PATCH: Indicate "accelerator" key of menu & gui items via ampersand
Most Windows apps indicate an "accelerator" key on menus and gui items by underlining the accelerator letter. You can then quickly set the focus to the item by pressing Alt+accelerator key.
The patch at http://bitbucket.org/tpowers/sphinx/changeset/90a4dece1f9d lets you show accelerator keys within :menuselection: and :guilabel: by preceding the accelerators with a "&".
:menuselection:`&File --> &New`
will be displayed as:
_F_ile > _N_ew
(Where _F_ is supposed to be an underlined F char)
An "&" followed by whitespace is treated as a simple ampersand.
"&&" is converted to a single ampersand.
