Add link possibility to images

There is currently no documented support for image linking. I suggest to use a link option.

I just opened an issue for a similar problem. To my understanding, a better way will be to support substitutions within link, like this:`aaa |bbb| <link>`_

The substitution can be than expanded to image or whatever. The construct is trivial in HTML and can probably be fed to hyperref in latex mode (though I'm not sure of the results).
