Feature request: Place URLs in footnotes with latex_show_urls

Noel O'Boyle avatarNoel O'Boyle created an issue

I've just been testing latex_show_urls = True, and while it works fine, in general many URLs stick out over the margin of the page. Even where they don't, they upset the general flow of the text.

Would it be possible to instead add each URL as a footnote on that page? e.g. with latex_show_urls_in_footnotes = True. I think this would work better.

(I'm running Sphinx 1.0b2.)
