Wrong footnote sorting in sorted glossary

Footnotes in sorted glossaries are numbered according their place in the unsorted glossary. It would be better to sort them after the glossary entries are sorted.

I'm afraid this is impossible to do according to how Sphinx and docutils work together on footnote numbering/sorting. At least the correct footnote is referenced in any case.
