[Error 5] Access is denied

When I run 'make html', the system crashes like so ..

C:\GeoServer_Doc\en\user>make html

Build finished. The HTML pages are in build/html.

The following seems to fix the problem ..

C:\GeoServer_Doc\en\user>attrib -r build\html\_static\* /S

It will then work OK ..

C:\GeoServer_Doc\en\user>make html
Running Sphinx v1.0.7

Actually, I don't have TortoiseSVN installed. I am just using a command-line SVN but am not using SVN at all between the first time that I run 'make html' (when it works) and the second time that I run 'make html' (when it produces the error). I am just editing an .rst file between the 2 runs. (I don't have access to the PC today, but I think I installed http://sourceforge.net/projects/win32svn/ on the PC.)
