Intersphinx: parse inventories correctly when object names contain embedded spaces.

  1. dairiki avatardairiki

Multi-word glossary terms (for example) create objects in the inventory file which have spaces in their name. Currently these are not parsed correctly by the intersphinx extension.

This fixes that for version 2 inventories.

I have not yet been able to get sphinx v0.6.7 to emit any multi-word names to its inventory file (it doesn't write inventory entries for glossary terms), so I am unsure whether the version 1 inventory parsing code needs fixing or not. (I left it alone.)
