%files sections shouldn't be searched for alteration

Issue #4 resolved
Slavek Kabrda repo owner created an issue

It would be good to put away all %files sections before transformations and then put them back. This way no problems like #2 would occur.

    This is solved now, version 1.0.0 will only apply transformations to specified specfile sections.
