hru_soil_assign.f90: wrong reference to pesti_db

Line 4 of hru_soil_assign.f90

3 use constituent_mass_module 4 use hru_module, only : hru, pesti_db, ihru, ipl, isol, mpst, npmx

tries to use pesti_db from hru_module, but it is only defined in constituent_mass_module. Just remove pesti_db from line 4.
