Self configure appropriate settings when --auto parameter given

If --Auto = true, precheck() should write a new configuration script if:

1. No local config file exits - OR -
2. logging enabled + set to stdout

In addition to triggering config script, a msg should be logged indicating that logging must be = File, or disabled.

Config file must be auto generated with the correct settings since --auto switch indicates that user is running keyup via a scheduler
