Allow use of an MFA code to list, rotate keys

Keyup is useless for any organisation that does not use keyup’s default iam permissions template. The use of the template allows keyup to rotate keys without requiring an MFA code. While this behavior is desirable, it is by no mean suitable for all organisations, many of whom will need to input a 6 digit code to authenticate when rotating keys because iam permissions will require this.
