In order to qualify as a valid vector Kronecker product expression template, the given type has to derive publicly from the VecVecKronExpr base class. In case the given type is a valid vector Kronecker product expression template, the value member constant is set to true, the nested type definition Type is TrueType, and the class derives from TrueType.
