installation instructions are incomplete

In order to install, I had to run two commands: 1. cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr/local/ 2. sudo make install

But this was not clear from the INSTALL documentation file.

The installation instructions for CMake have been improved, both in the tutorial, and the INSTALL file. The improved documentation is immediately available via cloning the Blaze repository and will be officially released in Blaze 3.2.
