Incompatibility of HasMember with googletest

The name ("TEST") of the dummy method in the templated class in the BLAZE_CREATE_HAS_DATA_OR_FUNCTION_MEMBER_TYPE_TRAIT macro conflicts with the googletest framework, and possibly other testing frameworks. Consider renaming it.

    Thanks a lot for pointing out this incompatibility! We have resolved the naming conflict. The fix is immediately available via cloning the Blaze repository and will be officially released in Blaze 3.0.
