Blaze_Import_DIR_PATH broke FetchContent

Blaze_Import_DIR_PATH was introduced. However, when including blaze via FetchContent, Blaze_Import_DIR_PATH is unset which causes cmake to fail when configuring.

Commit b2d8231 fixes the path to the <blaze/system/Version.h> header in the CMakeLists.txt file. The fix is immediately available via cloning the Blaze repository and will be officially released in Blaze 3.9.
